From Legacy to Leadership: How Naviga Became a Global Force in Media Tech
Naviga was founded in 2013, born from a vision to unify leading media software companies under one roof with the backing of global software investor Vista Equity Partners and a shared ambition to shape the future of publishing.
In 2019, we rebranded to Naviga to reflect a bold, customer‑first direction and a clear focus on digital innovation. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly both organically and through more than ten strategic acquisitions, expanding our platform to cover the full content lifecycle: from creation and planning to publishing, commerce, and data intelligence.
